WHO CAN BUY

- Eligible public bodies in the 50 states and US territories that have executed a Participating Addendum (PA).

Ordering agencies must reference the Master Agreement number and their State's Participating Addendum (PA) number on all purchase orders.
SCOPE OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES
OVERVIEW
Under NASPO Master Agreement AR3189, ROK Brothers provides access to the full scope of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, including the Cradlepoint NetCloud Service platform and 5G/LTE edge router solutions. This includes:
- Hardware: Cradlepoint Routers, Gateways, and Modems (for Mobile, Fixed, and IoT deployments).
- Software & Services: NetCloud Service subscriptions (including NetCloud Manager, SD-WAN, and Security services).
- Related Accessories: Antennas, power supplies, mounting solutions, and other components.
- Value Added Services: Deployment assistance, configuration, installation coordination, and ongoing managed support.

2) CREATE A PO
Issue your Purchase Order to ROK Brothers Inc. and be sure to reference the Master Agreement #AR3189 and your State's Participating Addendum (PA) #.
3) SUBMIT PO SFAA
Send the Purchase Order to ROK Brothers (the Authorized Reseller). We will process the order and ensure it is compliant with all Master Agreement and PA terms.
NASPO PROGRAM NOTES
- Ordering is governed by your State's Participating Addendum. Ensure your State has executed a PA with Cradlepoint.
- ROK Brothers works with Cradlepoint's distributors to fulfill orders under the NASPO contract.

PRICING & DISCOUNTS

WARRANTY, RETURNS AND RMA
