WHO CAN BUY
- Public entities that do not require a Participating Addendum may issue purchase orders directly against these Master Agreements today.
- Entities that do require a Participating Addendum are encouraged to begin that process as soon as possible.
- Eligible public bodies in the 50 states and US territories that have executed a Participating Addendum (PA).
Ordering agencies must reference the Master Agreement number and their State's Participating Addendum (PA) number on all purchase orders.

Issue your Purchase Order referencing the Master Agreement and your State's PA number (if applicable).
